We are party to a collaboration and license agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited to jointly commercialize AMITIZA™ for chronic idiopathic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome with constipation, opioid-induced constipation and other gastrointestinal indications in the United States and Canada. We have the right to co-promote AMITIZA™ along with Takeda in these markets.
